Fish

We strive to ensure that our fish is sourced from sustainable and well-managed fisheries certified to the Marine Stewardship Council (MSC) standard, and is purchased from recognised and respected fish suppliers.

Potatoes

Our potatoes are supplied by Martin Wills Potatoes, a family run business based in Midhurst, West Sussex, just 28 miles away. We have used Martin Wills Potatoes for over 10 years as they supply the highest grade potato chosen from the best variety for the season.

Oil

The oil we use is sustainably sourced palm oil.
